Daily Duties at Semitool Inc:
Responsible for writing tool specific technical manual to accompany each semiconductor tool sold to a customer. The use of templates and specialty programs including Framemaker, Adobe illustrator, Web Works Programming, Syteline database and Microsoft platform programs. Attention to detail and accuracy. Corresponding with customers and vendors on configuration issues. Verify parts and updating Bill of materials and time lines. Create and Maintaining tool record archives, Verifying Drawing revision levels on engineering and mechanical drawings. verify accuracy of drawings and controlled documents per ISO standards.
