Daily Duties at Turner Construction Company:

• Responsible for the audit and submission of subcontractor's certified payroll to the United States Army Corp. of Engineers for the National Defense University expansion project, Phoenix at Clarendon Post Office and Condominium, Walter Reed Amputee Training Center, 1101 K Street, etc. • Serve as a liaison between the government, Turner, and the subcontractors for payroll compliance issues. • Assisted in the monthly review of subcontractor payment requisitions. • Coded and input weekly invoices and expense reports for payment through CMIC. And sent out the payment checks. • Ordered supplies for accountant’s in office, charging them to specific projects. • Created and maintained contract and payroll files. • Created and maintained Excel spreadsheets of subcontractor insurance and bond paperwork and amounts. • Created and sent lien waivers to subcontractor's. • Assisted with the month end Work In Place report. • Set up new subcontractor's and vendors in CMIC for future payment • Served as a liaison between the project team and the hub accounting office.
