Daily Duties at Marc Parc, Inc:

• Responsible for computing and inputting daily revenue for 43 parking garages into Geneva book keeping software. • Assisted accounting team with month-end bank reconciliation’s • Balanced the ticket revenues • Served as a liaison between the company’s President and the 5 managers of our garages regarding discrepancies in ticket values and count, employees, the timeliness in which the daily revenue sheets are turned in, etc. • Filed away daily ticket revenue sheets, and other minor administrative duties. • Maintained excel spreadsheets tracking garage troubleshooting (i.e.- multiple mistakes on revenue sheets, missing tickets). As well as spreadsheets tracking what, if any paperwork was missing. • Often filled on for receptionist on multi-line telephone.
