Daily Duties at Adp:
Evaluate & process the reconciliation for Fixed Assets · Performed monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring that the general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. · Assist with intercompany transactions, review and coding of invoices for A/P, and preparation of Excel schedules and Oracle reports. · Analyze balance sheet, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and reserve account analysis. · Prepare monthly reporting packages, including financial and operational data, used for internal reporting purposes. Respond to inquiries from corporate accounting and operating center personnel. · Preparation, review, and analysis of corporate tax package for external auditors. Review, understand and document internal controls for all financial processes. · Analyze financial results and compare to forecast. Communicate discrepancies to appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Recommend cost reduction opportunities
