Daily Duties at State Government:

• Administer FMLA (Federal Family Medical Leave Act) • Administer recruitment process from beginning through end. This process includes drafting announcements, posting announcements to the website, reviewing applications for qualifications, contacting applicants for interviews. • Interpret state policies, internal policies and union contracts. • Play key role in design of section internet and intranet, collaborating with Web developers to identify and define essential components of site functionality. • Review employee performance appraisals for accuracy and completeness. • Plan and coordinate multi division personnel coordinator meetings on a bi-monthly basis; Active member of implementation of agency wide design and coordination of New Employee Orientation using Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
