Daily Duties at Liberty Alarm Services, Llc:
? Directly supervised forty-five inside associates, five field technicians, and the service coordinator. ? Received inbound calls requesting technical support, service appointments, and balances owed. Up-sold products and services to new and existing clients. ? Created and maintained several excel spreadsheets including a performance metric to track my department’s productivity, and effectiveness in the field. Our average was 400 in-bound calls per week, 215 out-bound calls per week, 110 requests for service, 108 service calls completed, 98% completion per month, 95% customer satisfaction per month, with an account base of over 8000 clients. ? Created new accounts and brought them online. ? Evaluated service department personnel including: Daily/Weekly/Monthly production goals. Audited employee performance for merit increases, and handled disciplinary action within the department. Rotated on-call schedule for 24/7 emergency tech support / service. Dispatched technicians by geographic area with the assistance of Microsoft Streets & Trips. Interviewed new hires, provided company orientation, and set up training ? Assisted payroll by calculating employee hours, as well as, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Tracked employee up-sales for monthly bonuses. Assisted Collections department with negotiating balances owed, scheduling necessary repairs / replacements, etc. ? Created both the Service and Customer Service Departments, instituted S.O.P. for each, produced customer letter templates using Microsoft Word, conducted mass mailings using mail merge, assisted in creating and maintaining attrition spreadsheet using Excel showing daily, weekly, and monthly attrition rates. ? Held weekly departmental status meeting to discuss field issues, industry / company changes, etc. ? Worked with and marketing, sales, and customer service departments to assist in company growth. Sales of new installations increased by 25% over the course of 6 months. Involved in all aspects of contract management: from setting the installation appointment through forwarding completed contracts to accounting to begin the billing process.
