Claims Representative 11/2005 to 04/2006 Successfully handled 80-120 inbound calls per day. Responded to written and telephone request for replacement equipment. Reviewed complaints concerning billing and services rendered, referring complaints of service failure to designated departments for investigation Reviewed claims for accuracy and completeness. Obtained information from the insured and property holder to prepare claim form. Reviewed insurance policy to determine coverage. Advised claims supervisor when further investigation was needed.
