Daily Duties at Sona Med Spa:

I run the front office, answer eight lines, put in and convert leads in CRM, make appointments in Envision, make spreadsheets of clients information, give information and prices on services provided, customer service ALL day, deal with irrate clients, take over in the managers absence, consult clients, take payments, collect past due payments, payroll occasionally, organize doctors schedule, and over support of the whole office.
