Daily Duties at Allen & Associates:

Present and place temporary staffing and administration department. Assess upcoming staffing needs. Oversee payroll of temporary staffing department. Track all phone contact to prospective customers. Procure cost effective sales and marketing materials. Organize and implement client relations. Interview incoming candidates. Maintain marketing database which included client and prospect information. Monitor daily operations.
