Daily Duties at Fallbrook Directory:

I am responsible for providing executive-level support to the President and Vice President of the company. Outstanding on the computer and ALL Microsoft Office programs but not limited to. I also have extensive experience in Mac programs. I am able to multi-task for long periods of time with little or no supervision. I have learned on the job how to put together new advertising and sell it to the client. Took on the role of making this office into a paper-free office. Recruited and trained sales staff. I was also responsible for answering the multi-line phone systems and directing the calls to the appropriate person. I have done advertising for customers in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop for the past 2 1/2 years. I am also the assistant sales person for inside and outside sales.
