Daily Duties at Stanford Law School:
• Supervise the use of and maintain event/project database and web interface for on-line event invitations, registration, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting for alumni programs • Manage on-site registration process for all large-scale external programs (up to 3,000 attendees) • Train and supervise registration staff assigned to program. Supervise alumni volunteers as needed • Coordinate event logistics for alumni relations programs and provide assistance for regional event planning as needed • Design and manage the production of print invitations, programs, and annual published material • Establish and maintain hotel blocks for alumni programs and events • Produce nametags, tent cards, place cards, seating charts, and guests lists for programs • Gather materials from speakers and produce all collateral materials for program participants, including brochures, binders, travel information, and face books • Track regional alumni activity including event attendance and update alumni records • Staff all regional External Relations and law school events • Maintain event/office supplies, marketing collateral, and premium item inventories
