Daily Duties at Parts Source Llc:
Answering all incoming calls for my team, and making all outgoing follow up calls concerning team. Typing purchase orders for sales team and following up with vendors for confirmation. Reconciliation of invoices, and all account changes and ordering information. Entering all tracking information for orders processed Communication with customers on a daily basis, handling customer needs and providing solutions. Sourced part and pricing and availability to meet the Sales Rep needs and ensure quality customer care Responsible for verification of all merchandise and orders placed within the team and ensuring quality service to the customer. Headed training of new team administrative employees and database training with special software. Incorporated new templates for administrative assistants’ use and job sensitivity.
