Daily Duties at New Horizons Computer Learning Center:

Manage incoming calls; questioned callers to determine appropriate routing Welcomed students to the center, checked students in for class and distributed class materials Maintained student break room, ensured refreshments were available and room was neat and orderly; corresponded with vendors to keep coffee and paper goods stocked; coordinated catering needs Created all daily paperwork for classes; streamlined existing paperwork process to save time and increase efficiency Checked students into secure testing environment; maintained records of testers; coordinated with vendor to troubleshoot technical issues Responsible for courseware ordering and inventory; ensured manuals were available for classes while maintaining a low inventory Created student accounts for on-line learning; managed registrations, cancellations and demos Compiled daily sales figures for accounting department Ordered office supplies Collected and Maintained all updated account receivable information and check data for accounting. Performed miscellaneous tasks as needed such as filing, invoice matching, document generation, and information gathering. Proctor exams on a daily basis.
