Daily Duties at Honest & Affordable Home Improvement:
• SUPPORT THE CEO; interview, hire, train, and supervise administrative staff; Allocate work assignments and monitor progress; Serve as “right arm” to elected officials, chief executive officer, vice president, partner, attorneys, director, and managers; Create procedures and guidelines for office operations; Manage office calendar and made travel arrangements (domestic and abroad); Compose, type, and disseminate correspondence, memorandum, newsletters, and press releases. • Review and recommend approval of payment to contractors for quantities of materials received or used and work completed during specific periods; Prepare daily reports of project activities and other reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions; Coordinate and assist with final inspections: monitor completion of the punch list.
