Daily Duties at Md Anderson Cancer Center:
Responsible for investigational drug accountability audits, management of investigational drugs and supply inventory in assigned areas, computerized accountability entry and report production, as well as other support functions as necessary for the Investigational Pharmacy Services. Participates in protocol sponsored audits, supplying reports as well as escorting sponsors to Satellite pharmacies for drug accountability. Train pharmacy personal as to proper procedure in handling and the preparation of Investigational Drugs. ATC Pharmacy: Preparation of chemo and infusion IV therapies for the out patient clinics, PSPD & Bergen ordering systems, Pyxis, QA/QC, Inventory control, Nitrogen Tank maintenance, and general maintenance of sterile products area.
