Daily Duties at Builders Materlink:

Builders MasterLink is the back office for the builder. I currently work for 4 different builders with responsibilities such as retrieving bids for upcoming projects, attaining proper documentation for permits, water taps as well as all utility requirements. I am also responsible for the scanning and maintenance of all plans, selections, and records for all projects, bank draws, and all Insurance requirements. My duties also include the coordination and scheduling of warranty issues in compliance with 2-10 home warranty. I work with everyone from the builder to the home owner to the trades and suppliers.
