Daily Duties at Prudential Texas Realty:

I helped organize opening a new branch of offices in Downtown Austin. Duties included gathering information on new condo projects, and existing condos. At this location we are looking for seasoned agents, who know the downtown market well. As a recruiter, I would set up meetings with only Top Producing real estate agents. I was also in charge of coordinating luncheons, scheduling high profile speakers for quarterly sales meetings and award banquets. Other duties include marketing our new location on 900 Congress Avenue, greeting walk- in traffic, and lead distribution. I trained agents to use new phone systems, copier, dual monitor screens, and Vista. I worked directly under C.E.O. of company carrying out both personal and business tasks.
