Daily Duties at Education Sales Management:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to setting up and maintaining network, telephone, e-mail, security, customer relationship management, and other software, anti virus, terminal server accounts, and user profiles using Active Directory, Interactive Intelligence, MS Exchange, and Front Step CRM software. Use RIS to re-image defective computers and deploy software to both computers and users. Provide hands on, remote and telephone customer service and troubleshooting; maintain computer, telephone and printer equipment for over 300 “in house” and “remote” employees as well as assist external customers that have access to CRM software.
