Daily Duties at Edp Recruiting Assigned To State Of Wyoming, Department Of Health:
Responsibilities included providing tier 1, 2 and 3 level technical supports to users within several divisions of the Dept. of Health. I setup and configure computer equipment and printers for new employees, manage computer accounts and software deployment using Active Directory. Setup and manage the remote installation server (RIS). I would create computer images to be deployed through RIS system. Install and configure Tandberg remote conferencing equipment, as well as Office Communication Service (OCS) and train users how to operate them. Configure several different brands of PDA/cell phone devices to receive e-mail and synchronize with user’s computers. Test Windows Vista for hardware and software compatibility. Setup MS Office 2007 and configure MS Outlook at the workstation. I would happily mentor the tier 1 technicians.
