Daily Duties at Accounting Information Management:
Sole administrator for virtual office environment and main support to President and Vice President of company. Maintain direct communication with customers, vendors and staff in the field. Responsible for sales calls, lead follow-up, maintenance of lead database. Responsible for all quote submissions, billing, and dispatch of personnel. Heavy use of database, graphics and Internet programs.
