Daily Duties at Accountants On Call:

Sole responsibility included on resolving single point of interface for the employee with escalated payroll or tax issues and resolving the issues from escalation to closure. Handled the day-to-day organization of office staff and personnel, mainly dealing with the clerical aspects. These duties would include the storing, retrieving and integrating of information pertinent to the production of the business. Accurately process AP data (invoices and expense reimbursement requests). Ensured invoices are coded with correct budget codes. Processed and issued checks to vendors for proper payments. Conducted weekly AP check runs and maintained filing system.
