Daily Duties at Premiere Global Services:

Technical Support/Customer Support Representative - Guide customers through the installation of software including the set up of the required hardware configurations. Troubleshoot software as well hardware issues. Support web-based fax product. Handle inquiries via the telephone and email. See customer problems through completion, including coordinating with other departments such as billing and operations. Directly support Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Excel, and Lotus application programs. Monitor traffic for top customers and arrange for resends of job or operations support intervention when necessary
