Daily Duties at Trans Core:
Responsibilities included general day to day operations of the office with respect to ordering office supplies, extensive travel arrangements, processing accounts payable and some project control with regards to complex government contracts. Providing on-site human resources including recruitment, new hire orientation, and termination interviews, keeping employees current on new policies and procedures, overseeing timesheets and expense reports; assisting the purchasing manager by inputting purchase requisitions into a database, managing the petty cash account, maintaining the company vehicle, organizing all social activities, and acting in a supervisory position to the receptionist.
