Daily Duties at Precision Mark Technologies:
? Researching & activating shipping, mailing, cleaning services, supply & equipment ordering, front office layout and implementation of company filing system. ? Other responsibilities included: Correspondence, invoicing, reports, etc. Office supply ordering and inventory control. Telephone and front desk reception. ? Records management: (financial, legal, employee and correspondence). Maintaining employee, equipment and safety records in compliance with state requirements. ? Bookkeeping: A/R & A/P, budgeting and financial reports. Preliminary payroll. ? Telemarketing: Data base management, cold calling and follow up.
