? Managed both Senior & Associate Cantor & Assistant Rabbi's calendars. Preparation & maintenance of correspondence & department files for both Cantors & Rabbi. ? General phone & office reception for both Cantors and Assistant Rabbi. ? Maintenance of B'nai Mitzvah instruction calendar & preparation of all correspondence & materials, calendaring & room set up for all meetings. Liaison with B'nai Mitzvah parents, follow-up regarding all aspects of the B'nai Mitzvah program, process & meetings. Liaison with B'nai Mitzvah committee co-chairs & committee members. ? Assisted both Cantors & Assistant Rabbi with preparation & distribution of materials for, and served as contact/ response person for all music and additional religious programming. ? Assisted Senior Rabbi with preparation & distribution of materials for, and served as contact/ response person for all adult education & social action programming. ? Preparation & maintenance of Yortsite files (both) cards & database and weekly reminders. Preparation & distribution of weekly Shabbat information.
