Daily Duties at Great Stone Mortgage :

Coordinate work assignments of representatives engaged in performing a subset of the following duties to include on-line customer service/billing, customer retention, and inbound/outbound programs/welcome calls. Complete monthly call observations, monitoring employee-customer interaction to provide ongoing feedback to employees to ensure quality service, and customer satisfaction. Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with team representatives. Monitor and approved the representative payroll, working hours, overtime, training, vacations, lunch time, breaks, etc. Administer training for representatives in coordination with Trainer and monitor/evaluate progress. Prepare and analyze reports detailing department/team results for review by Area Exec Directors, Associates Director and/or Manager. Make service-Affecting decisions in routine matters. Maintain frequent customer contact and interface to ensure that Great Stone Mortgage was perceived by the customer as providing timely follow up and response Other Duties: Reviewed initial approval for accuracy and communicates needed conditions to the brokers and Account Executives. Receives conditions from brokers and ensures that the conditions are cleared in a timely manner. Clears underwriting conditions within signing authority. Submits files to underwriter to have conditions cleared that are above individuals signing authority. Puts file in order; makes sure all necessary documents, including bank statements, tax returns, pay-stubs, etc. are present. Updates LOS system and ensures system is a mirror of the physical file. Obtains all information needed for closing, schedules closing date with broker and submits file to closing dept
