Daily Duties at First National Bank:
Auditing HUD 1 Settlement Statements for fee accuracy. Review loan documents and make all necessary corrections for the bank investors to purchase the correct mortgage and borrowers in the closing of the loans. Customer Service, contacting borrowers on a daily bases to go over the documents that needed to be corrected for the mortgage file to be complete and answering any questions that the customers may have in regards to the resigning of the documents. Setting up a return date with customer’s, on the return of the documents, due to a sensitive time frame for the bank to be able to sell the mortgage to the purchasing bank.
