Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:

• Provide assistance to National, Consolidated Major Accounts, Small- to- Medium Business, Residential and Employee-liable, Government and Federal customers. • Provide operational support to the business sales channels in South Markets. • Assist customers in registering online or how to access their personal account. Help to reset or changer user information online, assist corporate customers with account maintenance and reporting for My Business accounts. • Work with Internal Departments: Finance, Sales, AOC, Treasury, Technical Support, BSC Offline, EZ Move, Porting Center, Account Liaisons or SPOCS to provide quick resolution and customer satisfaction. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues including but not limited to: assisting customers with billing issues, placing equipment orders, providing order status, FedEx tracking and delivery times, equipment pricing, ESN changes , local number ports, activations setup or correcting failed activations, upgrade eligibility, contract extension, service renewals, applying credits, researching any misapplied payments, refunds or lost checks. • Diagnose and resolve cellular customer support and technical issues. Understand and communicate complex and technical information clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to the needs of the customer (internal and external) in a professional manner. • Support a growing number of wireless or data products, and continuously demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge and call handling skills. • Assess needs and suggests or promote alternative products and services. • Handle daily escalations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research on an issue.
