Daily Duties at Hope For Changing Times Foundation:

• Oversee a comprehensive fundraising, development and advancement plan that supports the Foundation’s ongoing programs and the completion of its revitalization, educational, and enrichment campaign initiatives in helping disenfranchised minority women who are divorced. • Write, draft and update Foundation’s grant proposal in seeking sponsorship or donations to help minority women in Georgia and surrounding areas. • Develop strategies, and define how key messages will be delivered to various individual and institutional stakeholders in order to increase participation or donation in the Foundation. • Organize development programs, including planned giving, and annual operating efforts and identify appropriate funding opportunities from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies with the Board of Directors and staff. • Maintain strong relationships with the funding community; develop marketing and public relations programs with staff support. • Build, update and maintain Foundation’s website.
