Daily Duties at American Mattress:

Perform audit and posting functions for five accounts. Batch Reconciliation, Researching customers account information, accounts receivable and accurate data entry. Manages accounting and provides fiscal information. Accesses data bases to obtain various kinds of information. Gathers data, prepares reports or summarizes information. Research reports, and/or problems. Audits and reviews systems and practices to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations and standards. Soft collections, A resource for management and staff; provides technical support within area of responsibility. Assist the owner by securing travel plans as well as providing detailed reports and analysis of manager’s status.
