Created online “Brand Toolbox” to enable subsidiary and partner marketing staffs to share in the corporate brand without incurring costs to Sybase. Produced annual reports. Managed marketing services staff of 8 and $1.4M annual budget to produce all corporate marcom deliverables. Results - Centralized brand management resulted in company-wide $1.1M print/production savings for 2001-2002 - Saved corporation $500K in print production/mailing costs by moving 2002 annual report to online format - Conceived, wrote and produced lead-generating, interactive, game-based marketing campaign that produced 1200 qualified leads in 3 months
