Daily Duties at Tlco, Inc.:
Provide support and training to end-users of our point-of-sale video rental program. Troubleshoot computers, networks, and peripherals. Install software applications and operating systems(98/2000/XP). Develop and maintain company website. Create and maintain documentation for users and employees. Train and supervise new technicians. Assemble and configure workstations for sale to customers, install software and configure network setup for ‘turnkey’ systems.
