Daily Duties at Total Repair Express:
• Responding to customer requests by researching and locating specific medical equipment to meet customers’ needs. Customer base included Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Doctors Offices, Veterinary Offices, and Dental Practices. • In addition to satisfying my own accounts, I also sourced equipment requested by Sales Representatives nationwide. • Building professional relationships with vendors to secure the best flat rate and discounts possible for my clients • Delivering professional presentations to expand the client base. • Providing equipment planning and development services by evaluating available space and recommending necessary equipment based on customer requirements. • Pricing and processing purchase orders for equipment repair. • Providing follow up to customer orders. • Collecting outstanding purchase orders, if needed.
