Daily Duties at Dst Formerly Computer Science Corporation :
To provide customer service support and be knowledgeable liaison between the client, their patient and CSC Health Group. CSR responsibilities for answering telephone inquiries, identifying problems, locate supporting documentation on the AS400 System to assist in decision making and document actions. Place out-going calls. Send and receive faxes to resolve issues. Analyze patient accounts, file claims with third party payer and set up payment plan. Respond to routine / non -routine and technical request for information. Determine which item should be brought to the attention of a supervisor. Verify eligibility for requesting members, gather record information, enter into the system and forward it for further processing. Follow up on claims -handle complaints at a proper level.
