Daily Duties at The Js Group:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The JS Group, a business development organization focused exclusively on the high-tech channel providing innovative services in the areas of Executive Coaching, Talent Development, e-Marketing, Business Evolution, Channel Development, and Sales Training responsibilities include the smooth and efficient operation of The JS Group (JSG) including management of the profit and loss for the business, integrating the strategic plan of the organization through efficient and effective operations. During tenure at the JS Group also responsible for the marketing team including marketing consulting for clients for go-to-market planning, marketing execution. . • Manages multiple program for clients (vendors, distributors, and resellers) including channel programs, training, marketing management and coaching. Vendor programs drove an average of 40% growth within the reseller channel. • Coached over 100 resellers on business, sales marketing planning including execution of marketing campaigns through internal and external resources to execute marketing program including but not limited to advertising, tradeshows, customer events, internet marketing, and sales tools. • Increased profitability and revenue of the JS Group by 30% through Business Development activities with prospects and current clients. Provided consultative advice through initial meetings and proposals to help client drive their business development activities to meet their overall corporate goals. Created marketing materials and programs to extend the reach of our services through new channels and new relationships. • Responsible for workforce and resource decisions for the company to ensure efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of clients, industry and internal staff with high quality and within budget through internal and outsourced resources.
