Daily Duties at Afni, Inc:

Call center service provider for Verizon Wireless. My obligation was to provide customer service, with customer satisfaction first call resolutions. Achieving this by multi-tasking high call volumes with courtesy, speed and accuracy. Utilizing the service provider's network and search engine to assist customers with calling plans, features and equipment. Provide customers with payment processing, upgrades to calling plans, new calling feature, and equipment activation for new service and / or equipment change. Troubleshooting equipment, calling features, and service areas for problems and finding appropriate solutions. Interact with inter-company departments, through the use of the telephone, fax, and e-mail systems.
