Daily Duties at Management Cleaning Controls, Llc:
Housekeeping account manager for the Sears Department store in Bowling Green, Kentucky. My responsibilities were to supervise and direct the housekeeping staff in the proper and correct procedure for maintaining the cleanliness of the store. To recognize any housekeeping problems and resolve them with measurable results and solutions. Schedule and meet with client to discuss any concerns and the progress of the housekeeping staff. Interacting with inter-company departments: Human Resources, Payroll, Equipment Repairs, and Supplies via telephone or e-mail. Conduct daily safety inspections and prepare weekly and monthly safety reports. And to maintain the supplies and equipment. Train housekeeping staff in the compliance of OSHA standards and regulations. My accomplishments in this position were the development and enactment of work and safety rules and procedures. Work assignment description and procedures, and staff management files.
