Daily Duties at Hannaford:

Evening Operations Manager Perform evening checklist. Responsible for the overall operations of the store. Delegate assignments to ensure efficiency. Maintain great communication with all managers and associates. Make sure fresh areas are stocked and have quality assurance. Observe and ensure compliance with company security, safety, and food safety standards. Be able to multi-task and provide technical skills when problems arise. Available to work above and beyond normal work schedule when necessary. Maintain organizational skills necessary to achieve store goals. Utilize the associate recognition program when appropriate, but also do not hesitate to give constructive criticism when necessary. Implement all standard practice programs in all areas of the store. Keep track of fresh area shrink issues and offer solutions to all managers. Maintain stock inventory levels for both seasonal and fast over program. Implemented a customer product request program and followed up to make sure it was working efficiently. Dairy/Frozen Food Supervisor Supervise all duties and responsibilities of dairy and frozen food departments including assignments and delegation of work. Performing evening checklists. Maintain presentation through proper ordering procedures and inventory control. Ensure proper temperature environment. Provide outstanding customer service. Evening Operations Manager – When Scheduled.
