Consulted for multi-practice Pediatric physician group. Managed day-to-day operations with a major emphasis on developing new revenue streams. Successfully implemented a community based Flu-clinic, “in-house” pharmacy business, and currently engaged in a feasibility study to implement a pediatric urgent care center to compete against Children’s Hospital, with a future spin-off business of “Minute Clinics”-a limited scope retail clinic business model.
