Daily Duties at United Health Group:

•Working Directly for Providers, Patients, and Client with there alternative care plans. (Chiropractic, Massage, ect). •Providing insurance and eligibility verification •Providing claim clarification and adjustments on EOB’s, and Notifications •Updating Provider Network credentialing, assist with questions regarding credentialing issue. •Review and assist providers concerns Via Email/ Voicemail •Cross-trained in Clinical Support Department, entering Notifications prior to internal provider review and approval. •Cross-trained in the MyRenewell Department doing telecommications for the website •Cross-trained in the Eligibility Department Entering Patient Information and coverage •Back-up Administrative Assistant in the MPS Department •Incoming and outgoing calls
