My duties were varied, I worked in human resources, hiring, supervising, scheduling, and documenting termination cases. I supervised the training of new employees and in some cases retraining of existing employees. I worked closely with the owner payroll and the financial accounts, and maintained the records necessary for the accountant to review. My work included heavy contact by telephone and in person with both vendors and clients. I distributed paychecks for the general office staff., handled all outgoing and incoming Fed-Ex/UPS deliveries. Maintained personnel files and training records for employees. I worked in the retail store assisting customers with products and information to achieve the results they sought. I performed additional office support functions and other duties, as position required.
