Reviewed loan files for inconsistencies, gathered information based on structure of loans and determined what documentation is required, depending on type of entity and guarantors. Determined if loan met guidelines and obtained all third party reports. Obtained missing information required from borrower(s). Verified receipt of application fees, rate lock fees. Audited files for completeness before submitted to underwriting team. Reviewed Title Reports, Appraisals, and Entity Documents needed to schedule closing dates. Lead Processor in Production for 2006; Received Performance Award for outstanding accomplishments in 2006.
