Responsible for data entry of temporary candidate employment applications into proprietary database on a daily basis Generate daily and weekly reports Create professional correspondence via email and hard copy sent to clients, temporary candidates and coworkers Using Microsoft Word, reformat temporary candidate resumes that are to be viewed by external clients Using Excel track temporary employee hours on a weekly and monthly basis at clients’ request Process and document temporary candidate criminal background and credit checks as well as drug and alcohol screenings Quickly took ownership of processing Temporary Candidate Method of Payment (e.g. direct deposit, payroll debit card); with the result being >85% decrease in payroll complaints Utilizing honed interpersonal skills, serve as liaison between temporary candidates and Corporate Payroll Department Meet deadlines associated with regular duties while completing multiple ad hoc projects on a daily basis Perform Internet searches daily for resumes and employment advertisements Relieve Front Desk Coordinator daily; serve as stand-in for vacations Proxy for Lead Administrative Assistant during vacations and sick time
