Daily Duties at Csc Group:

Manage the day to day operations of the document management department. · Supervise staff of thirty to forty employees, participate with staff development, and conduct timely performance reviews. · Schedule staff to maintain mandatory turnaround times. · Monitor and address quality issues. · Manage the continuous flow of incoming records from receipt, data entry, imaging to storage, while maintaining mandatory turnaround times. · Manage employee throughput to reach optimal performance levels. · Test and analyze current procedures and processes to ensure maximum quality and throughput. · Provide first level technical support. · Develop new procedures and processes · Provide sales support. This includes assisting with pricing, proposals, SOWs, and customer support. · Proven success in managing and performing multiple projects simultaneously.
