Daily Duties at Computer Sciences Corporation:
As a level 3 technician, I currently support the technological processes and growing needs of Textron Marine and Land Systems. I ensure the end-users continuously have the resources and services needed to perform their job functions in an efficient and effective manner, as requested. This includes but is not limited to managing relationships with 3rd party vendors, remote support as well as desk-side visits. The same approach is evoked in my PBX and Networking roles. Being 1 of 4 technicians between 4 satellite sites in New Orleans and Slidell, I have been required to wear many hats with minimal room for error. Managing my own time and prioritizing trouble severity to address issues in the most efficient and timely manner have also been crucial functions.
