Prepared end-user Step by Step Instructions/Tech Tips on new features. • Installed new software. • Assisted Trainer to train new software and new hires. • Created and maintained staff evaluations using viDesktop-Evaluation Program. • Set-up new user accounts in NT, Exchange, Active Directory, Docs Open and DM5.1. • Docs Open and DM5.1 Document Management System Administrator. • Prepared user templates using HotDocs Pro. • Researched new programs and applications, i.e., Metadata Assistant. • Provided secondary help desk support to outsourced Help Desk Company including software and hardware for all users (i.e., attorneys, paralegals, staff). • Formatted legal documents to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission via EDGAR.
