Daily Duties at National Multiple Sclerosis Society:
Managed office, provided clerical support to Chapter Programs Director and Coordinator. Trained and supervised 30 volunteers. Knowledge of computer, copier, postage meter, and fax machine. Proficient in Microsoft Word, with some knowledge of Excel and Outlook. Maintained and ordered all office supplies. Maintained petty cash. Processed incoming mail and all telephone calls. Composed and typed correspondence. Bulk-mail knowledge. Set up, organized, and maintained all files. Provided customer service and I&R. Set up, maintained Lending Library. Composed, prepared, and mailed fliers for chapter programs. Acted as receptionist and office manager. Have strong organizational skills, am multi-task oriented, efficient, able to work independently and unsupervised. Seeking part-time employment: No more than 18 hrs./week.
