Provide desktop and networking support for 500 end users in eight locations. Administer, maintain and support Cisco VoIP telephony system, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Windows 2003 Server with Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro and XP Pro workstations, AS400 and IQMS ERP systems. Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues. End user training.
