October 2000 - present Develop and coordinate customized training using the ADDIE methodology (to assess, develop objectives and measurements, implement and continually evaluate). Assisted customers with billing questions by analyzing complex billing information. Advanced negotiation skills were necessary to make short and long-term payment arrangements on delinquent accounts. Provided adult education to inform and educate customers in our community about the many options we have to offer, from conservation to maintaining a budget. Translated and prepared documents in Spanish for the organization as a communication piece for our Spanish-speaking customers. Delivered presentations about the Fats, Oils, and Grease program to Spanish-speaking restaurant workers about the dangers of putting them down our drainage system. Revised business processes and policies Coached and mentored performance improvement opportunities to employees in the Customer Care Department.
