Daily Duties at Ucla:

Duties and responsibilities include a wide range of administrative support of the facilities operations trouble call response, answering telephones, responding to emergency alarms, and operating a variety of two-way radio equipment and paging systems. Access the nature and priority of incoming calls. Dispatch and communicate with appropriate personnel such as crafts persons, custodian, and management, to resolve service request. Also, communicate when necessary to UCLA Emergency Response Team, Campus Police, Hazardous Waste team, building coordinator, and Los Angeles City Department of water and power.
